After the age of thirty, the skin starts ageing. This thirty is a transition time. Three decades of exposing the skin to the environment starts taking a toll on it. From thirty onwards the skin slows down on the serum production. This leads to wrinkling of the skin, sagging and pigmentation. Also, the skin around the eyes develops fine lines. There is no need to panic, though. Following a proper regimen can delay this ageing process.
Drink lots of water as it hydrates the skin. Include nuts, fruits and eggs in your diet. These things prevent the skin from appearing dull and lifeless. It is advisable to start using anti-ageing and under-eye creams from this age as it controls the process of ageing. Use a good moisturizer that contains SPF. The glycolic and lactic acid present in such creams help in repairing of dead cells. Since hands and feet are the most neglected, get them polished from a good parlor or spa. Most importantly, exercise regularly as it builds you from within.

Cleansing is an important aspect to have a beautiful skin but using harsh cleansers can damage it more than actually cleaning it. To avoid damage to your skin follow the given tips:
Removing body hair is an integral part of any woman’s beauty regimen. There are mainly two ways of epilating – one by shaving and the other by waxing.
Fruits have an extraordinary effect on skin and they make it extremely beautiful. Some of the fruits like apple, papaya, grapes, strawberry, peach, melon, pineapple and lemon are called beauty fruits as they make skin glowing and beautiful.
Collagen is a protein that keeps the skin firm and supple. It also increases the elasticity of the skin so that it doesn’t sag or wrinkles easily. Though there are many skin products that profess increase the collagen level of the skin yet most of them are not effective. It is therefore important to increase the collagen level of the body naturally.
