Foods that can fight skin cancer
The most common form of skin cancer affects our base cell and squamous cell. But they can be prevented if we lead a healthy life style and eat right foods.
To eschew skin cancer you should make a habit of eating the following food stuffs.
1. Eat food containing antioxidants like leafy green vegetables, cooked tomatoes, fruits and fatty fish.
2. Take fatty acids in the form of fish oil supplement.
3. Avoid stuffs like white bread, white rice refined sugar products to keep your blood sugar levels normal.
4. Avoid red meats, butter and cheese. They are saturated fats and can be very harmful.
5. Consume fish or chicken, olive oil and low fat cheese.
6. Exposure to sun for a while is must. Sun rays contain vitamin D3. It prevents the occurrence and spreading of cancer.
7. Daily exercise is a must for everyone. They improve our immune system.
8. Drink plenty of water and sleep well.
