Melon Diet for Beautiful Skin
Melon is a fruit that has many salts, minerals and acids that can keep the skin beautiful and healthy. Melon contains salts like calcium, magnesium, ferrous and phosphorus. Melon has Vitamin C, Pectin, Carotene and vegetative cellulose. Most importantly, it contains more than 90% water. Due to all these, melon as a diet can help to have a beautiful skin.
• Eat melon as dinner bit by bit. Simply cut it and eat without adding it to any salad.
• Make melon smoothie by blending it with yogurt, cucumber and fresh lime juice.
• Take out melon juice and drink it whenever you are thirsty.
